| Use: | This sets how often Goddess removes bans from the channel's ban list, and places them in Goddess's own internal ban list. If BANMOVE is enabled, then BANREMOVE is automatically disabled. The frequency can be any of:
- OFF - This causes Goddess to never move bans from the channel ban list to Goddess's own internal ban list
- 0 - This causes Goddess to move bans each time a user joins the channel
- duration:units - duration is a number, and units is either minutes or hours.
