We have taken the BotService staff training manal, cut it up, and put it on to the page. You have not read the training manual until you have gone through all of the links here. These are not meant to be skipped over. For the most current version of this manual, please find taycie and she will be able to either give you the manual, or send you to someone who can. While you're at it, why don't you take a look at our simple user policies. These are excellent to know and turn to when helping, or even arguing with a user. KNOW YOUR STUFF, otherwise someone's gonna come around and bite you in the butt!
